Realtors refer clients to Keystone for two distinct situations. Pre-listing renovations where targeted improvements maximize sale price and minimize time on market, and pre-move-in renovations where buyers want to customize a property before they take occupancy.

In both cases, speed matters and the work needs to be done correctly. A pre-listing renovation that creates problems for the buyer is worse than no renovation at all. A pre-move-in renovation that runs over schedule disrupts a client's entire timeline.
